This page explains what information powhatandigital.com collects and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you request a report card, we receive the business name, website, and email address you enter. The form saves your request to our Google account (a Google Sheet) and emails us a copy. No other company receives it.

If you call or text us, Google Voice handles the call and keeps a record of your number and any voicemail or message, so we can get back to you.

How we count visits

We run our own simple visit counter, the same one we set up for our clients. It records which pages are viewed and when someone taps to call, taps to email, or sends a form. To tell one visit from the next, your browser keeps two random ID numbers. They are not cookies, they do not identify you, and we never see your name, your IP address, or anything you type into a form through this counter. Nothing is shared with advertisers, and we do not follow you to other websites. Raw visit records are deleted after 120 days.

Cloudflare hosts this site and our counter. Like any web host, it handles the technical details of each request to deliver the page.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your report card and to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your choices

Ad and tracker blockers may stop the visit counter, and that is fine. The site works the same either way.

To have your information deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
